Hello, my name is Stuart and I am the man behind the ramblings on this blog. This site will take on different forms at times. Sometimes I like to just ramble inanely about stuff in my life but other times I prefer to have a go at a more creative approach, detailing some of the most interesting events I’ve been involved in or pepping up stories and situations that I or my friends have been involved in.
I’m 24 years of age and live in Glasgow, Scotland. I was born there, and consider it home despite spending parts of my youth in Burton-upon-trent (England), Barrie (Ontario, Canada) and Inverness (Scotland). I returned to live in Glasgow in 2004 while studying business management at the University of Glasgow. Since then I’ve been bitten by the travel bug a few times, spending time exploring eastern Europe and Australia and I’ve just arrived back home after a ten month stint living in Toronto, Canada.
Football, music, driving, tennis and the invincible feeling you get after fully recovering from a hangover are just an example of some of my favourite things in life. I expect that I will draw heavily on my experiences with these in the entries here, as well as chasing the undefined dream while I battle away gamely against a tide of service industry jobs.
